BUSINESSMEN FROM JIANGSU PROVINCE (CHINA) ARE FOR COOPERATION WITH SERBIAN PARTNERS FROM SECTROS OF BUILDINGS, ENERGY AND FOOD INDUSTRY

Business delegation from Jiangsu Province (PR China), led by Mr. Le Wengjao, director of the Department for Economy Jiangsu Province visited CCIS-BCCI. The meeting was organized in cooperation with Mr. Guo Xiao, president of Association of Chinese businessmen in Serbia.

Guests were greeted by Mr Svetozar Krstic, advisor of CCIS-BCCI who pointed the fact that CCIS-BCCI was well known by good cooperation with businessmen and institutions from PR of China. Many signed cooperation contracts with business associations and institutions from China were the proof of good collaboration.

THE PERMANENT SECRETARIAT OF THE WESTERN BALKAN CHAMBER INVESTMENT FORUM HAS BEEN OPENED

In the framework of the Summit on the Western Balkans, the Permanent Secretariat of the Western Balkan Chamber Investment Forum opened today in Trieste - the first joint institution in the region that was established by six chambers of commerce. The focus of the work of the Secretariat will be to strengthen regional economic initiatives, to strengthen connections of business entities, to remove the barriers to more successful doing business and to more effectively support the strengthening of th

"The business community is looking for concrete solutions. We define our goals and we will measure the future results with completely concrete criteria - by simplifying administrative procedures, by solving the challenges that companies face and by improving the efficiency of doing business," said Marko Čadež, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.

Čadež emphasized that the Secretariat will deal with regional economic initiatives and advocacy for the business community through recommendations to governments to improve trade, investments and business operations. The activities of this body will be focused on promotion of the region as an investment destination and connecting of small and medium-sized enterprises for inclusion in the supply chains of multinational companies. more

VISIT OF BUSINESS DELEGATION FROM HUNAN PROVINCE, CHINA

Business delgation from the Chinese province of Hunan visited the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia-Belgrade Chamber of Commerce and Industry and met with local companies from the fields of industry, wastewater treatment, mining and building construction.     

Delegation members were greeted by Mr. Svetozar Krstić, advisor at CCIS-BCC who pointed out that 18 signed cooperation agreements with Chinese CCIs acknowledge a good business cooperation between our countries. He used the occasion to brief the guests about the new, improved chamber system in Serbia and pointed out that business meetings are of crucial importance in achieving solid business arrangements.

Belgrade Chamber of Commerce operates within the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia and represents the interests of Belgrade economy, i.e. approximately 115,000 companies and entrepreneurs. In communication with numerous businesspersons, associations and institutions from China, CCIS-BCC provides necesary information about the economic enviornment of Belgrade and Serbia and provides the support in connecting potential business partners from China and Serbia.

VISIT OF REPRESENTATIVES OF CENTRAL-SIBERIAN CHAMBERS UNION

During the three-day visit to Serbia, business delegation from Krasnoyarsk area, led by Mr Rafael Marsovich Shageyev, president of Central-Siberian Chambers Union, have visited CCIS-Belgrade Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The meeting was attended by Mrs Nadezda Serbanjeva Nikolayevna, representative for Republic of Serbia and Montenegro of Siberian Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Svetozar Krstic, advisor at CCIS-BCC and Sveta Vasiljevic, president advisor of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.

The guests expressed the great interest in the promotion of ecconomic cooperation of business community of Serbia and Krasnoyarsk area.
Mr Shageyev presented Krasnoyarsk area’s economy and the functioning of the chamber system of Central-Siberian area.
