Within the Aberdeen study visit, the Aberdeen Universitiy organized a visit to the Fraserburgh Campus North East Scotland Collage for partners in the project from Serbia, Hungary and the Netherlands, which provides a very flexible and advanced access to study programs. Employed students have the option of part time, short cycle studies, and distance learning. The Scottish Government, financially, fully supports these kinds of studies and a significant number of students use the given opportunities. The Scottish Government has established an Agency that is a mediator between higher education institutions and companies in carrying out practical training and internships and training for employees. A large number of students start working before the end of the studies, because the companies are ready to support employees who study or want to improve their knowledge.
