EUROPEAN PEOPLE'S PARTY ELECTS PRESIDENT AND SECRETARY GENERAL AT BONN CONGRESS

 

M.Sc. Milan Janković, President of the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, votes as a delegate on behalf of Serbia

Government officials of EPP orientation from the EU countries are electing today in Bonn new president and secretary general. The congress will, among other things, focus on some aspects of social market economy and further impact of global economic crisis.

On proposal of the SME Union Brussels, President of the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, M.Sc. Milan Janković  has been elected delegate who will at this Congress have the right to vote on behalf of Serbia. As a Cochairman of the Committee for the Central Europe, Mr. Janković will present Serbia's efforts on the road to the EU accession, especially after unblocking the Trade Agreement. The attending country leaders, prime ministers and ministers will be presented newly elected commissioners and high-rank officials of the European Commission.
